• Built the GitHub Actions CI/CD: arm64 images on ECR, keyless OIDC deploys over SSM, and promotion of the staging-tested image to production behind health gates.

• Cut ElevenLabs voice spend by 40% with a content-addressed cache: audio chunks hashed by transcript and reused instead of regenerated.
• Architected an AWS EFS + FFmpeg pipeline for real-time audio processing with sub-second retrieval, cutting storage bloat by 60%.
• Migrated Create React App to Vite (10× faster builds) and introduced React Query, reducing API round-trips ~40%.
